I believe they said it may be early 2017.
I dare say they wouldn't have pin-point control over the dates.
Hasn't it been said that most insto's are doing more buying than selling? Whether that's for trading or longer-term who knows.
I'd like to say also that I'm not doing a ramp on BRN, simply stating how I feel about my investment at this point. Never invest/trade more than you can afford to lose.
