No early 2017 was mentioned somewhere by BRn quite a while ago. I read it somewhere but can't be bothered looking it up. Also, like I said things/priorities would have changed post SN, so it's unfair if you just take the M4 timeline in isolation to all the other things that has been achieved that was not in the pipeline when the milestones were scheduled.
