Senegal wants this moving so the last thing the country wants is to start the PE again.
I would be very surprised if Senegal wants an internal bidding war or a partnership restructure - so no, I doubt we really want the 35% deep down as this than screws WPL and COP and delays the project 18 months.
We will get some coin and move one.
