I do not believe that there will be much delay even if there is a change over. There are much bigger companies with even more resources and experience that'll pick it up and run with it with no problems.
Petronas is one of them and CNOOC another, won't even surprise me if they have access to an end of lease FPSO somewhere that they can source and modify.
I said in my earlier post, even if WPL were to pay $400 mil to FAR to extinguish the PE, they would be still getting a good deal. If they were to do a complete TO after the decision, then they won't get it cheap either.
Just the top 3 holders hold 39+% and top 10 holds 52%.
I really thought that the SP would be sitting at >10c by now, we'll have to get on to GreenHawk again
