Absolutely. I still have to remind myself it was Feb last year I first bought and they hadn't even scratched the dirt with a rock hammer. So the progress has been fantastic. Yes, I'm keen to see MOU's etc but I think you've got to have reasonable expectations. I would imagine these deals take quite some time to pull off.
