    No cash to come to AGS for Maldon deal (apart from approx. $500000 of mining bond to be refunded to AGS and taken over by Drummond).

    AGS gets shares in Drummond who MUST raise $3M cash injection through rights issue for deal to proceed.

    No word on todays deadline!!
