Who knows about the timing of the property purchase but one would think they only committed to it if they thought it was a very good opportunity. Otherwise why not invest in Malaysian property since that is where they do most of their business.

Anyway the balance sheet looks absolutely ugly at the moment. However with such a low market cap this could be a massive turn around stock in the coming years.
