So under those circumstances if the Magna loan repayment is not going to be achieve CCU must report it as soon as it knows that it will not be able to make that payment or if it has made alternative arrangements with Magna it must report them immediately .
Therefore if CCU is still in some form of negotiation there is no requirement to report anything, is that correct?
