The MD of Australian rural services group Elders says he will not comment on speculation that he is looking for a successor. There are rumours that Malcolm Jackman is seeking a new senior executive to run the company's rural services network as part of a larger succession plan. The previous management team was stood down by Jackman, who personally took over supervision of the division. Since the executive cull in early 2010, Jackman has been busy trying to reduce operational costs and restore the company's market share
