and of course, the lower the common shares(26c today), the higher the probable takeover premium. eg. if ELD was taken over for 40c a share , that is approximately a 53% takeover premium. ELDPA's get paid out half of that eg. would get paid out $126 , over 3 times the current ELDPA price.
