Especially strange about RIO because aluminium and copper are both making new highs and RIO very strong in both of these. And why is aluminium making new highs? Because of a global shortage of coal.
Not only that they have the Chinese, BHP and possibly Lakshmi Mittal chasing stakes in them. Strange world...
