if this is the case then if we assume 40 individual groups placing deposits at an average sale price of $200,000 USD then we are already looking at $8 million in sales - lets assume of the 1000 expressions of interest that it converts to 20% sales that is 200 more sales at $200k = 40 million !! - they have a business and in theory of each sale produces 35% EBIT that gives them $12 Mill profit divided by $250 million shares by P.E multiple of 10 -well il lt you all work out the rest !! big money potentially is all I'm saying and multiples of current share price
