FAS is in for a major crash. If you have been reading the papers you would know that all holdings at Opes have gone in to liquidation and now have been sold off. FAS and others inadvertantly assigned their shares over to Opes and they are now held by the liquidator. As with hundreds of other holdings they have now been sold. FAS will still have a substantial holding but not control and I believe will have to cancel the takeover, even though none of this was their fault. Also none of it was really forseeable. Before being too critical of FAS how many reading this can say they have read all the fine print when signing up to open accounts?
