    interesting thought . . . if Fairstar offered 30cent consideration then the buying back of shares sold by ANZ looks a whole lot cheaper.

    say 18 million @ 85cents = $15,300,000

    discount by possible 30cent consideration = $5,400,000

    out of pocket = $9,900,000


    i believe fairstar has the backers to cover this
