For a quick monetary comparison i have run wells with full lwd gear where the cost for a full quad combo setup on the evaluation equipment alone was 1 million a day not counting the rest of the well.
And I have done wells with simple gamma pressure where the total costs are 20k a day.
A exploration well like this was used the high end equipment to paint the entire picture because for the hrz it was needed they ran full quad combo.
A simple conventional vertical well with seismic already done may run a gamma pressure but even that is unlikely.
