If 88e's final goal is to get this field into a commercially producing operation then they need to figure out how to avoid these delays every winter. Imo it won't ever get to that stage anyway... It's well known the big guys are buying up assets in anticipation of the next oil boom but no interest in 88e or its land holdings as seen in the last acreage purchase 88e made where not one other single company put a bid in.
