    The way I read it is
    The shares from Rowe are placed as security for the ANZ loan.
    When CMA trades its way out of this debarcle they will repay the loan plus interest and receive back the shares and cancel them. Thus reducing the number of listed shares.
    The most likely result will be for the share price to improve to reflect CapVal

    Its only my opinion so do your own research
