"Further to the Company's announcement on 2 November 2007, we are pleased to advise that
contracts for research and development have been signed with both the University of Western
Australia and the Institute of Microtechnology ­ Spin MT, a Moscow based facility.

The Company has met with representatives of the Australian Stock Exchange to establish
criteria for the lifting of a voluntary suspension to trading in the Company's shares.

We anticipate that the trading suspension will be lifted within one month."
