IMO, because Ralph is the MD of Snow Peak, which is a private company, he has no responsibility to inform the market.

I just don't understand the relationship that the public company (such as CSD) will now have with ASIC. I would have thought that it would have been price sensitive information. Although one could argue that nothing is shifting the price, so I guess the market can all go get stuffed. Lol

Anyone else have another opinion or theory???
