it makes sense to have a cornerstone investor especially in a like Yemen, if the cornerstone investor has regional political connections, so i'm happy if that is the Middlemas game plan.
that being said, the Yemenite government has been very co-operative with Cantex, built roads etc. so the sovereign risk factor is less than in other places, so WCP should be able to go it alone if necessary.
