I don't think the traders are all over TIS - there isn't sufficient volume to keep them interested. People are buying and holding. Simple as that.
Given the size of the market they will be involved in, the fact they have patents secured all over the world - the commercialisation/distribution deal will be BIG.
Best to wrap up the patents first - you don't want to put an agreement into place and find that your partner is producing and selling your product in another jurisdiction without paying you royalties!
Given the treaties that exist between different countries regarding intellectual property, I would have to think that TIS has most of the world wrapped up now.
