Both the article I posted and the journalist Sea blue quoted have both said that MGC don't have a license to produce MM.
Even the article he quoted from the AFR is bullshit. Yes, they got a license to produce cannabis in Slovenia, but it's smoke and mirrors. The license was for Fedora 17. I posted this info in my first post. They got a license to grow an industrial hemp which anyone can get, it's not difficult to get at all.

So Sea blue's posts are pure ignorance and have no value at all.

I also don't see my post as down ramping, I've clearly stated that there might be something very big cooking. The influence of a company with a €40 million mkt cap and x amount of employees in such a small country is nothing to scoff at. Also doing clinical trials may be a very very smart way of currying favor and getting around certain regulations whereby MM (I think) could possibly be grown for clinical research purposes.

Someone will no doubt say the strain of hemp/MM MGC has is below they .2% limit. Once again - Fedora 17.

For now though medical marijuana IS NOT permitted to be grown in Slovenia and NO licenses have been given out yet. Also it's not allowed to prooduce resin from marijuane. The laws are complex here and I won't go into explaining them but The laws are currently under review and most likely will be changed.
