Why would he do that if there is no upside from here?

Regarding the so called debt situation:

Let me repost what "Wisecrow" had posted on LSE's BB, for he has hit the nail on the head

According to Investor Chronicle ;

Total debt/total equity 0.6672

Total debt/total capital 0.3972

Those are not too bad

especially for a company with a revenue of 26 + mill, assets of 78 mill & Liabilities of 45 mill

Particularly the long term debt is only 17 mill

Agreed current liabilities are 26 mill.

But almost all Software companies run up a very large current liabilities bill

So I see nothing majorly wrong here

However the stock is trading at MINUS 92 % of 52 wk high.

So I only see a very BIG upside from here on...with minimal risk I should add since we are already down at the dumps
