    Are they at risk defaulting on their load to NAB?
    Is there a chance that Homesend will need more capital which ESV does't have, therefore, would require a CR?

    I used to own shares in ESV but sold out mid last year. If they can turn this around without a CR and if Homesend takes off then the price for this company right now is an absolute steal.
