I am seeing prices drop dramatically & that is from the HIGHS not what they were 1year ago
1 Year ago vs January this year was a big difference.
Look at his clearance rates now, its slowing down and those that haven't sold... didnt hit reserve... they'll want more and they wont get it... & then they'll say fine i'll take the pay cut slowly
This is also one of the top auctioneers/agents around in my opinion
