I have had enough of living in Sydney. Maybe I am just getting old and need a tranquil life or perhaps it is because living in Sydney is not quite as good as it used to be. Too crowded, becoming very overdeveloped, traffic crazy, and the usual plethora of annoyances associated from living in the big smoke.
We have bought down near Jervis Bay and have the waterfront we always wanted. So very happy and looking forward to the move. Watch out all you fish, I'm on my way.
in the meantime we had our first open for inspection. It was a good result with 21 groups coming through and several contracts going out. We are not trying to sell for a ridiculously high price and set our price to reflect the changing market. Why try to hold out for a fairytale price and then languish unsold and unloved. The main driver of market value being affordability resulting from price and interest rates. If we have 2 or three buyers at the same time then all the better
Anyway we have lots to look forward to.
