    Was on news this morning that Sydney prices falling, other states will follow.

    Meanwhile, I checked what was going in our area. One 2 bedroom apartment with courtyard in same street where I saw one around 2014. Listed for $370k. I saw one for $90k, motivated seller. I did enquire but let it go, was even rented. Friend has 4 rentals and hit my arm saying one of hers was $220k just for land alone. Me bad, very bad.
