    Yeah I think the small rate increases we've seen so far won't hurt that bad... I think it'll take months to a year to play out? For those struggling to liquidate at losses?

    Thoughts? Happy to be wrong.
    First time (that I can recall) is the RBA putting in the public space a number for next months rate rise.

    I agree will be awhile for rates rise to bite..give it another 6 to 9 months..Most Bank are projecting falls of 10 to 15% in 2023.

    A high number of acutions being passed in & bidding fever has all but gone...1 or 2 bidders now...tying to steal it
