If you can't afford a mansion, buy a house. If you can't afford a house, buy a homette. If you can't afford a homette, buy a flat. If you can't afford a flat, rent. If you can't afford the rent, share accommodation with someone else. If you can't share accommodation, move somewhere cheaper. If you can't move somewhere cheaper, then learn to live within your means. If you can't live within your means, then you can't be helped.
Don't blame the rich, don't blame the market, don't blame the banks, don't blame the government, don't blame your wages, don't blame interest rates.
God gave you a body, a heart and a brain. Use all three properly and you'll almost certainly do well in this great country, REGARDLESS of external factors.
