I work in the hospital sector.
The NSW government (at least) is rolling out 'public/private partnership' new hospitals all around the state. Totally new constructions and fit outs.
Many procurement contracts are tendered out, and in place for long periods, and hard to disturb. So not sure. But perhaps an opportunity.
