I think you are right on the money with your coment that:
"TON may not need to worry about cash levels next week"
I share the same feeling, because last month (march 2015) TON chose to raise only a small amount namely $1 mil presumably from institutional investors, to tie them over and instead of keeping the massive oversubscription, I hear that they scaled everyone back. I suspected then that some form of funding may be in the wings.
