    Don't get me wrong Im very happy as I know the software as a service space very well. valuations are all based on growth projections and the size of the market.Also if this company were acquired it wouldn't be sold for anything under $5 billion.

    in so far as XERO it ticks both boxes, working capital is going to marketing and acquiring customers/users and the lifetime value of those users should make X3 or x5 over their lives as accounting customers are quite sticky. Xero's product/platform is 10 times better than MYOB thats why they're gobbling up market share at a rapid pace.

    Another thing, my brother is the managing partner of a medium sized accounting practices and most of his clients had been switching to Xero since late 2012. There's defiantly a change going on, similar to business folks changing from Blackberry to the iPhone in 2008. The iPhone was clearly superior and once people make the switch its hard to win the back.
