The 3 days was an anticipated program, not locked in.
What they will need to do if not re-listed today is at least give an update of progress IMO.
However, there is still two hours of trading to go, and if one was to give an update of any consequence (and I would think good positive gas flow is worthy of that), then an immediate re-list application would be warranted.
Anything close to an anticipated result would be a huge positive for the stock.
