It's easy to point to 23c as a target as it is the resistance over past few months so anyone can make such a call, and have on this forum many times and have been correct. WMT just don't have the dirt to make it a long term viable operation otherwise there would be more interest shown in this stock, the market has made an assessment of what they hold and don't think it will pay, game over.
