You're right reflation is required.
It will come from the sovereign wealth funds IMO. They have had a couple of small goes in the last year or so ( citibank etc) but this time they will come into the market in a big way. It is just a matter of when.
Since most of the cash is from China, Middle East and Russia I think they won't mind seeing the US suffer a little more before they move.
