It's all out in the open.
Now the onus is on COP to explain their position.
FAR has done everything by the book and do not come across as spoilers.
If anything we look like the victim of bullying by a major company.
In this day & age that is unacceptable corporate behaviour.
The spotlight will now be focused squarely on COP.
They will have some explaining to do.
FAR were left with no choice but to go public.
I would have gone public much earlier but I am impatient by nature or so I have been told lol
I think this will be resolved pretty swiftly from here.
Some very interesting scenarios from Malcy but I will stick with my prediction that WPL will lob a bid.
