Keep in mind the issue is with COP not following the JV agreement. I see no reason why the government won't approve WPL while they are there. Haven't seen anything to chance my mind and I'm sure Far don't have to say anything at this point as WPL may (or may Not) be the future operator.
Happy to wait for official news. Can't see WPL as stating anything differently at this point and I'm certainly not going to worry about it
