Your statment "Senegal support Woodside as future operator" So why are you bringing this up.
COP would have confirmed with Senegal the suitability of Woodside as operator before the deal was concocted between COP and WPL. That's old hat !
Senegal have yet to officially approve the deal made between the two companies.
Even if Senegal approve the deal it would not stop FAR taking COP to court claiming their right to PE was withheld.
Their would be an uproar if Senegal approved the deal and as a result FAR then dropped their push to PE.
FAR are ready for arbitration regardless of what Senegal has to say, simple as that.
