When you look at the context of that PC quote it was in specific reference to FAR dispute claiming they had the right to WPL terms for the share sale of the company - PC believes that FAR had no PE rights over the company. PC said FAR had PE rights on the JV asset in the 30 days after notification in the same interview. Visit todays WPL thread for further discussion on that and the quote from the industry journal.
