WPL position on this reminds me of a story which goes as follows

A man would walk pasts a shop every day to catch his bus to work, in the display cabinets were lots of lovely watches. Each day the man would think I'm going to buy one of those watches. One fine morning the man decided to by a watch and entered the shop and asked to see some of the watches for sales, the shop owner replies "we do not sell watches we castrate dogs". A little confused the man asked "why do you have watches in your display window"? The shop owner replied "what do you expect me to display... dog balls?"

So Szaba what do you expect PC to say about PE ......Dear SH we haven't got government approval or .......We have met the government and it went well? Regarding the meeting do you think that the Senegalese Government would reject WPL in any way or would they welcome them with open arms until this mess is sort out. It is not their role to get involved but only approve valid transfers. WPL may end up being important to them in future so they would not burn bridges.

Can we now put these dog balls to bed please
