Ironically, when you ask for the same burden of proof from FARites in relation COP joining the original Joint Venture.....they refer you to articles and links and google as proof.
FAR's Spin Doctor have done a good job on them - they have been led to believe there is a overriding authority - either through the Minister or the President who is going to overrule an Act of Parliament, to right a perceived injustice against FAR management and its shareholders.
Yes, the President of Senegal is more concerned about FAR management and its shareholders over his own country where there is 40% unemployment and where his own citizens are living on $3 a day.
