I think you are missing the point as to why the PE is still open, OK FAR may have missed the 30 day window - but the reason why they are stating the PE sale to WPL is invalid is owing to "missing or non-communicated" information not given to all relevant parties - which ultimately does not give all parties a "fair" run at the preemptive rights to purchase?
Perplexed as to why some people don't understand why it is still under review?!
Either way - still more than happy to hold - with or without the PE.
