In spite of my comments below, I would add, in favour of the oppies, is that this starts at an extremely low base in terms of market cap, and there's not too may shares on issue, so it would only take a small amount of interest to double from here, and the options would be in the money. Tricky call, as logically there are enough good reasons to buy at over 20c, but based on what I saw during SB drilling, the company is almost unknown.
