I said earlier that I doubted an acquisition could lead to oppies being in the money, but I may have to retract that. This appears to be a good deal, and although cashflow would only build up slowly, it appears that it would provide good long term cashflow, increasing over time.
If they can get funding based on proven undeveloped rerserves, and therefore no dilution, that would be significant, as that would indicate the funders faith in potential reserves.
