    One of the main holders I noticed was Ms Chunyan Niu. As long as that name sticks on the register I feel like it's okay. Seemed like she took a bunch at 1c as well as she got a whole bunch on options... However the board definitely need to step up and bring some value. Time for some directors to stand up and take some on market positions too at this price!
