The USA and others already have cluster bombs which are much more devastating as far as weapons of this type are concerned.
In fact these gliders would fit under the definition of a cluster bomb and as such their use would be considered a War Crime under the Cluster Bomb Convention.
An existing cluster bomb would be very difficult to defend against these pale in comparison.
AKIDA technology would have the capacity to defend against the gliders but not conventional cluster bombs.
