I'm not sure App currently get 1% of transactions with their current deal with clients, they would have build fees and licencing revenue.
The benefit comes from integrating the full CRO/Spenda suite of products post merger.
$500k is also just the recurring revenue they wold obviously have other sources of revenue that is not recurring some of which is currently generated by CRO. So the benefit to CRO is expenses go down.
