Apart from a weighbridge and an EPA approved pit - what other capital expenditure is necessary?
Easy enough to sub contract the PASS disposal to an expert earthworks operator who already has the necessary equipment to handle the operation.
Great cash flow business if you can get it with minimal capital expenditure.
