'Did you not read that the 10 million payment has already been made, ahead of schedule I might add'
The last piece ahead of schedule is not correct. The $10m payment in Jan 14 was part of the renegotiation agreed last year due to LYC failing to meet various covenants in the loan agreement, to the best of my recollection.
