Previously you said lawyers "duty is to the court" and that this is paramount. Now you say if Terry instructs his lawyers to commit fraud they would gladly do so? Which is it? You seem a little bipolar. Do you understand how professional people work in corporate structures? Lawyers, doctors, engineers, pilots are personally liable for their own actions and if commit fraud, incompetence or negligence can be charged, fined, lose registration and need to carry their own indemnity insurance for this. It is extremely unlikely that Terry has commanded 7% of UK PI legal work force to commit fraud and they have gladly done so, and is ridiculous for you to even suggest a preposterous notion. No one has been charged with fraud. Do you understand the presumption of innocence?
